Designation - Relationship Manager
Product - Loan Against Property (LAP)
Responsibility:
- To meet the budgeted volumes, LAP cases are sourced via direct, cross-channel, and open market channels (DSA).
- Having meetings with HNI clients to discuss different products linked to loans against property.
- Coordinate with the credit team on the documentation and underwriting steps necessary for sanctioning cases.
- Coordinating day-to-day actions related to processing sanction and payment of LAP Cases with Cross Functions (Legal, Technical, and Operations).
- In charge of continuously extending the distribution network by adding new channels.
- Ensure the sale of many products and cross-selling to generate more money.
