- Ensure all Pai culture are always followed at the store by all in the given category team. Create a proper environment as per our Company philosophy.

- Should have complete knowledge of the category being handled

- Ensure he/she always greets, treats and attends all customer with lot of respect as per our Pai culture.

- Should know our offers and details of reward points etc

- Should have very good knowledge about all the Finance Options, Cashbacks etc for all product categories .
