As an Operations Manager, Client Delivery you will have operational and financial responsibility for client engagements and partnerships through the strategic application of company and client resources. You will develop and implement business plans, processes, strategies, and skills to improve service delivery and engagement success. As an Operations Manager, you will seek and pursue opportunities to advance the scope of services offered.
- Manage a team of Screeners, trainers, SMEs, based on client teams performance expectations.
- Convey team needs and goals to management.
- Define precisely team methods and best practices for client operations. Recommend changes for organizational and process improvement.
- Allocate resources daily and weekly to adjust team focus towards goals attainment and track their performance.
- Plan and lead regular meetings with the team to discuss present and future issues/updates. Identify, develop and implement solutions to resolve issues.
- Support company and team vision and values through role modeling and coach desired behaviors. Design and develop programs and processes to support desired results.
- Collaborate with client operations and production teams to know client business thoroughly. Contribute client operations knowledge to overall knowledge management.
- Participate in client lifecycle initial stages to share ownership of key implementation decisions. Influence decisions based on post-implementation operations and long-term client success.
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
What you need to bring:
- 9+ years of recruiting and operational leadership, handled large teams with core operations background ( Experience in RPO Technology recruiting would be an added advantage )
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing and directing a team.
- Bachelors Degree ( Full time only )
- Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics. Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
