We are looking for a competitive Senior Business leader as Regional Sales Manager with experience of building and managing motivated teams for driving the origination of Home Loan and Loan Against property business in their respective locations. Strong managerial skills to build, engage and drive the team leaders and relationship managers aligned to the sales and business strategies. The role requires the RSM to drive the sales teams to source new sales opportunities, expand the influencer network, build scale across the assigned region and drive the disbursement and revenue goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing large teams of supervisors as well as sales managers.
