Roles and Responsibilities
1) Meeting Customers related to, Infrastructure & Construction Companies
2) New business development (Through Cold Calls, regular Client Visit)
3) Acquiring and retention of customers through regular follow-ups for requirements.
4) Finding opportunities for New Products and new Business areas.
5) Achieving market targets as per plans.
6) Competitor & potential market analysis
6) Spotting new business opportunities globally
8) Coordinating with Q.C, R& D, and Production departments to customize products according to clients' needs.
9) Market analysis, business development, customer service with an acute focus on increasing retention and instigating cross-sell opportunities, and getting the new customer through referrals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1) Quotation follow-ups to secure the order from client/customer and process dispatch
2) Developing a strong Customer database
3) Target Infrastructure companies, Builders, contractors and dealers
4) Develop a professional relationship with existing and future customer
5) Spend most of the sales time visiting or calling new /existing customers, and other target opportunities.
5) Achieve Monthly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Candidates with work experience in Industrial products, Infra products, Rubber Industry with a sales background or related sales experience will be preferred.
2) Candidate should be a thorough professional with maintaining office hours.
3) Employees are expected to meet customers on regular basis.
4) Job requires traveling to other states, and cities for client meetings
5) Employees are evaluated based on the performance of this job description, attitude at work, teamwork, and ability to achieve results.
