Roles and Responsibilities
Incumbent will be with two to eight years experience in coordination activities, and will facilitate processing of enquiries / sale orders / any other requests – between Branches & HO/ Factory, to ensure efficiencies in sales support. Incumbent will be a Single point of contact for the coordination process from the respective branches to HO / Factory. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties) • The incumbent shall Collect all enquiries from sales teams, and create quotations / Sale orders / Work orders in SAP. • The incumbent shall Monitor and track all quotations, follow up with all branch /Regional Sales & Operations team. • The incumbent shall follow up on the sale order status with HO/ Factory till the complete sequence from processing, production till end supply to client, and update concerned sales and operational personnel in the branch periodically. • The incumbent should be able to liaise with HO/ Factory & Coordinate with them. • The incumbent Should be able to liaise with other departments like Accounts / dispatch etc. • The incumbent should be able to Check Channel partner (Dealer) quotations, sale orders which are processed and coordinate with both HO and with respective dealers in the branch / region, for all requirements. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Apart from regular activities) • Maintaining database of PO, sale orders, quotations, dispatch details, etc. • Ability to handling internal customers and solve the issues in discussion with branches and concerned superiors. • Should be able to prepare and maintain MIS reports of their activities and to circulate regularly to internal stake holders and clients whenever required.
Key skills requires) • Any graduate with 2-8 years of experience. • Good Communication skills both written & Oral – English, Hindi, • Knowledge of SAP either SD/MM/PM module is a must. Should have hands on experience of SAP working for at least 1-2 years in either of these domains. • Very high Proficiency in MS office i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Flair to operate and use of new and advanced software apart from SAP for enquiries, MIS etc. (initial handholding and training would be provided) BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES • Patient and soft spoken • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to handle work pressure • Proactive • Team Player • Good communication Skills (written / verbal) • Good at coordination and get work moving • Self Initiative & good at decision making • Open for working beyond office timings.
