Key responsibilities include
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth.
- Become confident user of the software.
- Understand customer requirements and give customized demo to address their needs.
- Capable of conducting specialised webinar sessions.
- Travel to meet prospective clients in India and close the deals. Manage post-sale interaction to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through calling and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure customer needs are appropriately addressed.
Desired Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable sales skills and good overall structural engineering background. A suitable candidate should have:
- B.E/B.tech or M.E/MTech in Civil Engineering with good academic records.
- Experience preferably in LUSAS Bridge Design or otherwise in using products like STAAD Pro, Midas Civil, CSiBridge etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Structural design experience would be useful.
