JOB DETAIL

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
  • Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
  • Working on weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
  • Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
  • He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.
  • Handing over the customer portfolio to the back office and ensuring satisfactory service to the customer.
  • Meeting customer requirements and demands.
  • Customer feedback from time to time.
  • Tracking customer complaints and coordinating with the plant to resolve the issues at the earliest.

Requisite Skills:

  • The candidate will be responsible for visiting various clients.
  • He will have to visit clients in the city he has been employed as well as nearby regions.
  • He will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market research/ calling/ marketing activities in offices to know the requirements of the client and conducting client visits.
  • He will also be responsible for negotiating the financials of the products and all work regarding the finalization of the deal.
  • He will be totally responsible for the deal until the payment is complete.
