JOB DETAIL

Primary responsibilities:

  • Answer calls of customers to tell them about the services of company, handle orders and resolve their queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Keep database of customers up to date and correct errors in it
  • Process orders of customers, issue invoice and dispatch the order on time
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
  • Follow-up with customer for documents and timely payment
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
