Hiring 1-2 years experienced Bench Sales Recruiters in Hyderabad.
Required Educational Qualification is: Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Diploma, Other Bachelor Degree, B.A, B.C.A, B.Com with Good knowledge in English Speaking, Communication Skills etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements for US clients.
- Working directly with end clients requirements like Prime Vendors/Implementation partners.
- Interacting, developing Prime Vendor or Implementation Partners network daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
- Searching Requirements on job boards and submitting the resume.
- Proficient in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. to source Candidates.
- Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements.
- Communicating with the consultants daily and update about submission and interviews.
- Coordinating the interviews between client and candidates effectively to make the event successful.
- Arranging the interviews with vendors/implementation partners or end clients.
- Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate.
- Active and Passive searches to source Candidates. Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client. Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales. Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English.

- Preferred experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
- Candidate should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
- Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred
- Must be a good team player and result driven.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Education qualification does not matter.
- Comfortable to work in night shift
