Job Title   Salesforce Business Development Manager

Location Hyderabad

Employment Type- Full Time

Time Shift :1pm to 10pm & 5pm to 2am 
Post Lock down :Hybrid System (Currently WFH)
5pm to 2am Shift Completely work From Home 

JD for Salesforce Business Development Manager:

  • Create a value proposition for developing offerings, solutions and capabilities to build a position for the company in the Salesforce services market
  • Drive business development and client pitches through prospecting, identifying, and contacting potential customers in the areas of CRM, Sales Force Automation, and Marketing Automation
  • Validate project deliverables against requirements
  • Work closely with development team to translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, and create detailed functional designs
  • Establish specifications for new projects in the form of epics, features and user stories


  • Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and understanding of customer needs to be transformed into application and operational requirements
  • Total of 10+ years or equivalent experience in consulting or sales engineering roles particularly in the areas of Salesforce CRM
  • 5+ years or equivalent experience in a technical team on implementation of CRM solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce and Lightning
  • This role requires the ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with customers both internally and externally
