• Interview, hire lead training for new inside sales associates

• Work with the Inside Sales Managers and Directors to make hiring projections.

• Manage the key metrics of your new hires like attrition, time to place first order etc

• Make a training plan and consistently evolve it as the business grows

• Work with Inside Sales Managers on re training low performers

• Lead by example on work ethic and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred

• 2+ years of training/management experience

• Previous Hiring experience is preferred

• Experience with CRM suites like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales

• Experience in B2B sales will be a huge plus

• Focused on Numbers should be Data-Driven

• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal Written)
