Required Skill Set:

Certified Salesforce Administrator Preferred (not Mandatory)


Certified Salesforce advanced administrator or Certified Salesforce app builder.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform.
  • Design, develop, test and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other customizations.
  • Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide support for the issues raised in Salesforce CRM and also support other tools like Associate Portal, Service Connect Anywhere, Atlantic Global, Bomgar, Coveo
  • Proactively implement enhancements and system customizations that meet business requirements.
  • Improve user experience, solve technical and functional issues, and ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the instance.
  • Gather requirements from end users and document complete information on the ticketing tool.
  • Analysis, investigate and provide resolutions to the issues raised by the Users.
  • Use the 5W2H methodology on each support case to ensure understanding of the issue before investigation is carried out.
  • Documenting Knowledge based articles based on the resolution of issues.
  • Strong verbal/written communication including an ability to effectively communicate with End users, Stakeholders and occasionally the Leadership team.
