JOB DETAIL

The key job responsibilities include the following:

  • Support the Core HR Applications
  • Work with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements
  • Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes
  • Configure IMG tables based on client requirement
  • Support SAP HR reporting requirements / Interface management / Applications support as required
  • Support daily Core SAP HR operations and provide timely and consistent resolution of third-level Support activities
  • Provide around the clock support as needed including, but not limited to, participating in the on-call rotation
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed.
  • Liaise with a learning group to provide input into training materials
  • Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects
  • Participate in the continuous improvement processes, as assigned

Desired Profile Required:

  • Any Bachelors degree or Business Information Systems or MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Expert knowledge in HR business areas including (not limited to) Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Personnel Development, Training Event Management and Time and Payroll related HR components.
  • Business knowledge of various HCM processes and be proficient in SAP configuration aspects.
  • Should be able to work with the customer independently
  • Develops, write and communicate technical/ functional requirements and design documents
  • Assess existing Client configuration against SAP best practices and industry standards
  • GAP analysis for HR business areas
  • Knowledge of data migration and interface to third party vendors, SAP reporting, and Adhoc query etc.
  • Knowledge of writing functional specifications
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
  • Hands-on Experience HR configuration
  • Should have experience in handling US payroll, Schemas and PCRs.
