- Strong experience to manage complex ITservices project and a proven record of successfully managing major projects in an environment with strong technology focus
- Ability to perform budgeting forecasting

- Knowledge on Payments EFT domain is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Run scrum teams effectively and deliver the desired velocity with high quality of deliverables
- Required to clear any obstacles with relation to the deliverables that team is facing
- Should be able to address team dynamics and maintain a conducive team environment
- Required to maintain a strong relation between the team and the product owners
- Should be able to technically and functionally understand the user stories required to be developed
- Required to size the user stories and drive sprint planning
- Work with teams across multiple locations globally
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure technical design meet the business requirements
Role:
- Should have project leadership and scrum master experience and should have handled a sizable team
- Good leadership skills on managing the delivery and technical deficiencies on product
- Should be well versed on agile processes in product development
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Should have good CI/CD experience
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills
- Should have experience in Java development, Object Oriented analysis and design pattern, Spring boot, microservices, Security
- Experience of Payment EFT domain will be added advantage
Education/Qualification: BE/ BTech Any descipline
Desirable Skills: Payments knowledge, Project Management, Development / Testing experience
