Integration Teams comprises of self-organized scrum teams with developers who take care of development and testing. These teams are skilled on Java, J2EE and take care of building integration capabilities end to end which includes building the required platform experience as well.

What You'll Do at Pega:

• Coach and guide 1-2 scrum teams with a focus on ensuring the teams meet their product deliverables within the agile framework
• Contribute, as an active and engaged member, to the broader Pega Technology global scrum master community
