JOB DETAIL

  • A BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of IT experience.
  • Experience with an iterative Agile methodology and use of tools like JIRA, Wiki, Git, Jenkins.
  • Previous development experience is required.
  • Ability to understand the technical requirements and designs that team is working on is required.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Agile technical practices (e.g. Automated testing, TDD, continuous integration).
  • Ability to organize the backlog of the team and help break down Epics into Features, Stories, Tasks.
  • Knowledge and experience of using modern agile management tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
  • Experience of working in Kanban.
  • Should have exposure working with Multicultural clients.
  • Excellent leadership skills and servant leader mentality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
  • Organize and facilitate Planning, Daily Stand-up, Reviews, Retrospectives and Demos and other meetings.
  • Experience working in Data Engineering, Data Analytics and DataOps.
  • Scrum Master Certification preferable (CSM / CSPO
