Job description

Looking for an experienced Account Manager in US IT Recruitment with hands-on experience (experience with Federal Clients will be an added advantage)

Role and responsibilities:

  • Partnering and identifying business opportunities, service delivery, and negotiations.
  • Responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account for IT recruitment and Staffing.
  • Being the Client's primary contact for managing their accounts, including everything from negotiating contracts to maximizing profits.
  • Understand the staffing needs of the Client and implement appropriate long-term strategies to manage end-to-end customer relationships.
  • Interact with the Client, Hiring/Contract Managers on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill
  • Building a comprehensive account plan, including key relationships needed, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as weaknesses that need to be addressed.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned.
  • Coordinate with the consultants to ensure suitability with the client needs; negotiate the rates and ensure on-boarding, as per customer requirements.
  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
  • Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
  • Leverage your existing relationships and network to bring new business

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market /with Federal Clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
  • Regular and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Clients needs.
  • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
  • Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work with a team & be an individual contributor too
  • Expert level technical recruitment skills, get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
  • Sharp, articulate, and energetic; be able to handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
