The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist for our Organization for sourcing new projects and developing business through existing projects. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Sourcing of new Projects and tie-ups
  • Presenting our company t the new projects and convincing for collaboration
  • Deal Closure with new projects and helping them to get the clients
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with Builders & Clients as well
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Stay up to date with new projects and business collaborations
  • Understanding property requirements of prospects through emails or phone
  • providing relevant data/ information about existing clients/new projects.
  • Meeting with customers and clients giving them various investment proposals, briefing them about the product, convincing the customers.
  • Regular coordination with builders/brokers and maintaining healthy relationship with them.
  • Providing after sales support to the clients and maintaining healthy relationship with them
  • Exploring the new investment avenues through Market Research.


Skills & Qualification Required


  • Postgraduates with 6 + years Experience in similar or Banking (specially from housing loan) or any sales background a minimum 4 years as Team Leading position
  • Should be very Smart Presentable and good communication skills
  • Cold Calling & Prospect Generation
  • Self-driven & Relationship building
  • Problem Solving, Client management,
  • Customer Success, Coachable.
  • Able to handle sales/marketing process
  • Candidates should have Strong ownership attitude, highly motivated and able to take Responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
