Ensure Project/ Program delivery specific to the methodology of the project/program (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) by effective management of scope, timelines, resources, financials, risks, and issues
Manage milestones and work with team to identify delivery dates and steps to get there: develop detailed project plans, dependencies, predecessors, milestones, earn value analysis
In an Agile process, this role will typically focus on the core program requirements if they are not playing a Scrum Master or RTE

Required Qualifications:
4 - 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master leading projects of high complexity and documenting project charters, project plans, IRAADs and other documents gathered from both business and IT counterparts
2+ years of experience in Healthcare/Insurance or digital space
Experience in participating in data/system migration projects and facilitating technical design, architecture, and issue resolution discussions and working sessions
Knowledgeable in SDLC processes, roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
Proficient in Agile and/or other project management tools and methodologies
Negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills
Ability to work in a highly variable, virtual, and matrixed environment
Ability to plan and execute project plans including work breakdown, resource estimates activity planning, resource scheduling, project administration, and status reporting.
