The Senior Consultant challenges and supports our clients with external perspectives on what good looks like, pragmatic best practice guidance and empirical, fact based insight into how to get there. A Senior Consultant is responsible for configuration and implementation of ERP including SAP - FICO. This includes the support in both business projects through design and implementation of FICO business solutions in SAP and in ongoing business operations. The Senior Consultant is an individual contributor, interacting with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.

  • Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc.
  • Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base
  • Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management

  • Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement) 
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements 
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements 
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects 
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Evaluate and amalgamate  research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client
