JOB DETAIL

The Consultant is responsible for configuration and implementation of ERP including Oracle HCM modules. This includes the techno functional support of HCM business solutions in Oracle and in ongoing business operations. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4+ years of HCM experience.
  • In depth knowledge across the Fusion HCM product line including Payroll, Core HR, ORC, Talent, Absence, Compensation and Time & Labor
  • Excellent knowledge of designing and configuring of the Oracle UK Payroll solutions including; payroll elements, fast formula, pension schemes, absence schemes.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislative requirements including; PAYE and NI, Pensions Automatic Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, statutory absence payments and RTI.
  • Knowledge of the following functional areas; Core HR, Absence Management and Self Service.
  • Minimum 2 Full lifecycle implementation experience in Oracle cloud Payroll project.
  • Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment) of Oracle Payroll and associated modules.
  • Hands-on configuration experience in an Oracle Cloud Payroll module for UK region
  • Should have good communication skills and have experience in liaising with the client.
  • Should be ready to work late night IST hours to have 3-4 hours of overlap with PST based stakeholders.
