Our in-depth knowledge of this powerful analysis solver has enabled us to create the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment - tailored tools written exclusively for LS-DYNA that give users the power to prepare models, interpret results and share solutions.

The Oasys LS-DYNA Environment is used by the majority of automotive OEMs worldwide and across many other industries, including defence, nuclear and civil engineering.

About this career opportunity

We are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position to join the multi-disciplinary team in our Hyderabad office.

The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer for Oasys LS-DYNA will be responsible for:

  1. Having a comprehensive understanding of the existing D365 system
  2. Collecting business requirements and identifying system solutions to support business strategies and objectives
  3. Maintaining, improving, implementing and testing both major and minor enhancements related to the D365 Sales and Marketing modules
  4. Troubleshooting and providing fixes for any issues
  5. Understanding, interpreting and documenting process requirements and changes
  6. Developing interfaces to integrate CRM with other business sub-systems as appropriate
  7. Developing test plans based on business requirements and design specifications, including data backup and disaster recovery plans

Overall, this is a unique opportunity for this senior developer to take ownership of the existing Oasys LS-DYNA D365 system, identify areas for technical improvements and build it into a first-class offering. Looking ahead, there is opportunity for this senior developer to take on a leadership role and further grow the Oasys LS-DYNA D365 team, as well as liaising with and/or providing contribution to other existing Arup D365 systems.

Relationships

This role will sit within Product Design & Dyna group of Arup India Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Hyderabad.

You will work closely with business and commercial leadership based in the UK. You will liaise and collect requirements from Customer Operations, Marketing and Technical Support teams as needed.Locally you will join a wider team of developers for the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment and report to the India business lead.

Is this role right for you?

If so, you will have:

  • A degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Software Development etc)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and .NET development
  • Extensive experience in executing tasks for configuration, customization, training and user support
  • Experience in D365 Sales and Marketing modules
  • Experience in cloud-based development
  • Experience in data migration and integration with other business sub-systems
  • Result-driven mindset with strong communication skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work with wider teams
  • Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines

You may also have:

  • Knowledge of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with Customer Insights or supporting usage of Customer Voice
  • Experience providing customization and automation support of product marketing campaigns
