Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and driving the campus hiring strategy
- Experience in Campus Hiring like Tier I,II and III
- Act as single POC for the business and drive the campus hiring activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Well connected with best engineering universities andcolleges of India. Understanding the nuances and negotiating with
the colleges to secure best hiring slots
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5+ or more years experience of managing or working on campus Tier1 &Tier 2 and/or entry level hires, ideally for a technology organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and resilience
- A creative and results-oriented mindset
- A high level of organizational skills, particularly in regard to multi-tasking.
- Some experience of IT tools relevant to campus hiring would be useful eg:Hacker EARTH etc
