Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and driving the campus hiring strategy
  • Experience in Campus Hiring like Tier I,II and III
  • Act as single POC for the business and drive the campus hiring activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Well connected with best engineering universities andcolleges of India. Understanding the nuances and negotiating with
    the colleges to secure best hiring slots

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ or more years experience of managing or working on campus Tier1 &Tier 2 and/or entry level hires, ideally for a technology organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • A creative and results-oriented mindset
  • A high level of organizational skills, particularly in regard to multi-tasking.
  • Some experience of IT tools relevant to campus hiring would be useful eg:Hacker EARTH etc
