Job Responsibilities:-
- Source and line-up suitable candidates for interviews for top level roles internally.
- Work on salary fitments, negotiations, offers and ensuring the recruits onboard successfully
- Coordinate in facilitating pre-joining, onboarding, Induction and Orientation.
- Prepare and issue letters pertaining to HR- Offer, Appointment, Confirmation letters etc.,
- Organize Background and Ex-employment verification
- Maintain personnel files and ensure digitalization of documents.
- Prepare and share HR Operation metrics on timely basis.
- Facilitate Employee engagement programs.
