JOB DETAIL

  • To lead the overall technical delivery of projects for our India delivery center IDC
  • Responsibilities involve Leadership, Team Motivation, Quality, Development, and DevOps process standardization and simplification
  • Experience includes Business Functional analysis, Client Consultancy, Technical Project/Program/Delivery Management, Governance, and Best Practice Development for IT projects
  • Technical architecture and design for all areas. Ensure the right architecture is in place for solutions
  • Stakeholder management, reporting to executives on project status, client management on product deliverables
  • Responsible for successful projects in the areas of Data/MDM/PIM/e-Commerce plug-ins/connector development
  • Responsible for overall quality of the deliverables
  • Handle a team of junior technical leads and developers reporting to him/her
  • Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes.
  • Partner with customer s business and technology teams to architect and tune solutions that add value and efficiency and meet business requirements.
  • Participate in business requirement gathering sessions, create and review technical requirements documents, and assist in the reconciliation of technical and business requirements
  • Liaise between client and StrikeTru teams to find the most appropriate solution for customer business needs
  • Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and budget and propose best practices for overall PIM / MDM/eCommerce/plug-in connector implementations Assist in guiding customers through the entire project implementation


 

Qualifications :

  • The overall experience of more than 12-15 years in the technology delivery space
  • Preferably a candidate who worked in the customer success (CS)/ professional services (PS) teams of a packaged software in the areas of MDM, PIM, ERP, eCommerce, CRM solutions
  • Preferably to have at least one project involving PIM/MDM implementations with tools le Akeneo, Stibo, InRiver, Enterworks, ContentServ, SAP, Oracle etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team and mentor them, groom them to be future technology leaders.
  • Solid Object-Oriented programming concepts
  • Experience with Java/Java stack
  • Experience consuming APIs, and using Postman tool
  • Nice to have experience: Object-oriented PHP, Symfony framework, Bootstrap
  • Demonstrate ability to conduct business analysis and manage various projects at one time
  • Demonstrate ability to understand business requirements and provide guidance to technical teams on strategies that will develop and implement solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to write functional specifications
  • Ability to multitask
