We are hiring for Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Principal Software Engineers. Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from coding to team leads and architecture roles.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and development of high-end, robust, scalable products that disrupt the market.
- Technically-intense role with primary focus on building cool products in the niche domain of Financial Supply Chain Management
- Evolution into Principal Software Engineers / Team Leads / Architects and beyond based on ones ability to demonstrate very strong technical expertise and project & people management skills.
Technical Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Familiar with various Design Patterns.
- Skill for writing reusable Java Libraries.
- A knack for writing clean, readable Java Code.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Proficient understanding of Code Versioning Tools, such as Git.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Very good logical thinking and quick at learning and exploring new frameworks.
- Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and Zero defects.
- Should have ability to review other team member code.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
