Responsibilities

- Managing day-to-day health and performance of all servers and systems within the Hexagon Public Clouds
- Develop tools and processes for automating Windows infrastructure and applications
- Optimizing server performance to scale with growth of the infrastructure environment
- Troubleshooting enterprise level infrastructure, solving business impacting issues and day-to-day incidents.

- Bringing in technology, tools and global best practices of cloud operations that combine innovation, efficiency, and compliance

- Run Operations, Health checks, Dashboards to have seamless support and availability to customers.

- Enhance current monitoring to improve the availability of smart cloud and cost-effective solutions.

- Enhance Process to run the operations as Process dependency.

- Establishing Process controls & Risk Management.

- Focus on technical KPI’s, SLA’s and MTTR/MTTD to Increase customer satisfaction and overall cloud availability increase.

- Experience on AI-Ops, Machine Learning, Orchestration and Automation.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years’ experience working on enterprise level systems within a data centre environment in a similar role.
- Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering IT/CS or equivalent post graduate IT qualification
- Appropriate certifications: Azure, AWS, Citrix CCP, Agile, PowerShell etc.

Skills Required

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Experience of supporting and building virtualized environments (Citrix, Hyper-V, Azure) and public cloud

- Expertise in ITIL Process and implementation.

- Experience in monitoring resources and applications in cloud environments
- Experience in Application Virtualization systems
- Experience in Management, Administration & Engineering of a 500 server multi-datacentre environment.
- Knowledge in IT enterprise infrastructure design including datacentres, virtualization, enterprise storage, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including: Windows 2008, & 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 , Linux OS, SQL DB and Oracle DB etc.
- Experience in Containers and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of XenApp 7.5 , XenServer 6 , Netscaler 11
- Experience in some of the following areas would be beneficial: Office 365, SCVMM, SCOM, SCCM, Microsoft SQL Server, WSUS, PowerShell, Hyper-V, Rapid 7 etc..

-Knowledge on Okta, SSO, MFA, Cylance and Rapid 7 etc.
