JOB DETAIL

Job Title : Sr.Officer - HR

Education : MBA HR / MSW HR / BBA / BBM

Experience : 2+ Years

Work Location : Hyderabad (Moosapet, SD Road, Hafeezpet, Ramantpur, Uppal Bhag, Kavuri Hills)

Preferred : Female candidates


 

Key Responsibilities:

- A Store HR is a Single point of contact for the entire Store HR Operations

- Store level Recruitment coordination.

- Monthly attendance and leave records management.

- Salary disbursement coordination.

- Validation of 3P bills.

- Drive HR initiatives.

- End to End HR Generalist activities like Time office Management, Employee Grievances, Payroll etc.,

- Business HR Partner for Stores.

- Handling approx. 300 associated which includes on-roll and Contractual.
