Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage tools and procedures for daily operational support of servers and applications
Manage and support Office 365, Emails, Skype For Business and OneDrive
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Manager regarding Windows security patch releases and Antivirus updates
Implement ensure adherence to security policies on servers
Plan, manage, and test disaster recovery procedures for hardware failures and site disasters
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
Provide support to all users across multiples sites via email or Skype For Business
Mentor and cross train team members on existing and new technologies
Proactively manage and maintain servers, storage devices (Dell SAN, Nimble and QNAPs), backups, network devices, Internet links and firewall systems
Reduce operational risk and improve availability of the server infrastructure by ensuring system access, monitoring, control, evaluation and documentation practices are maintained
