30% Interview candidates and prepare managers for interviews for mid to entry-level roles. In partnership with the Lead TA Specialist or Manager, negotiate and prepare offers.
Endorsing shortlisted candidates for interview/assessment
Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details
30% Design various recruitment strategies for all candidates
Providing information to candidates about the vacancy, role, hiring managers and the company
30% Communicate closely with stakeholders, employees and vendors. Collaborate with hiring managers and design recruitment plans
Strong, trusted partnerships with the business
10% Facilitate the on-boarding and transition process for new and existing employees. May contribute to new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of company policies/procedures
An effective onboarding experience for all new employees or redeployed employees.
