ICE Data Services India Private Limited., a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate and understand requirements in order to source and hire the right talent for the organization.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Business Leaders and Talent team, craft sourcing and hiring plans and action items to recruit strong candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain a continual pipeline of talent for ICE within the assigned client groups
- Actively source and engage with both passive and active candidates to market career opportunities
- Continually build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement, attending hiring events, and participation in other talent sourcing opportunities
- Build strong relationships with Business Leaders, HRBPs for collaboration on hiring needs, business initiatives, challenges, and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with TA team to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring
- Stay abreast of market trends, candidate touchpoints, and become subject-matter expert for sourcing.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional work experience, MBA preferred
- 6-12 years of proactive recruiting and sourcing experience in a professional hiring environment
- Strong reporting and consulting skills
- Preferred experience in recruiting and sourcing experience in financial services, technology or other highly competitive hiring culture
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented working style
- Strong team player, with commitment to collaborative and communicative relationships
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment
- Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities, organize workload
