We are actively hiring Senior Recruiters (Domestic)

Exp: 5-7 years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Must have experience in Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Headhunting,
  • Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn recruiter, Internal databases, job postings, Referrals, etc.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Own and execute the entire recruitment process for the allocated clients
  • Meet individual revenue targets in alignment with organizational goals
  • Meet hiring deadlines effectively with healthy TAT
  • Engage and retain the candidate with novel practices during pre and post offer stage
  • Market research to forecast and predict based on gathered inputs
  • Know how on the market trends and its implications on the business
  • Maintain resource funnel and analyze regularly to accommodate predictions

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in a large environment.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Phone, Microsoft Teams and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
