JOB DETAIL

  • Implement new SEO techniques using basic and advanced SEO strategies (Technical On-Page SEO, Link Acquisition Skills, Page content optimization, etc.)
  • Suggest search engine optimization recommendations by analyzing data using analytics tools.
  • Suggest changes to make the website more SEO compliant
  • Perform regular site audits for clients (technical, links, content) and recommends optimizing the site.
  • Make on-page recommendations based on keyword research, working closely with the development marketing teams
  • Create project specifications, low-level documents, and strategies for the entire project
  • Keyword research, analysis, and implementation into content and other aspects of websites
  • Manage and improve current and new organic search results for a portfolio of keywords
  • Stay on top of the latest SEO techniques, algorithm changes, and updates from Google, Bing, etc.
  • Conduct competitor research using tools for benchmarking and identifying new strategies for optimization (organic)
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, technical and partner teams to drive synergy
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Develop near and long-time organic strategies and campaigns for clients (internal external)
  • Lead marketing activities for the entire project(s) and helps team members meet clients expectations
  • Able to interpret business requirements and functional specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or MBA in a related field
  • 5 years of experience in managing and developing SEO strategies
  • Expert knowledge and substantial experience as Digital Marketing - SEO Analyst across various business domains.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, AHREFS, etc
  • Knowledge of popular CMS platforms such as Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce
  • Understanding of standard web technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Understanding of browser-based development tools (Lighthouse, Tag Assistant, etc).
  • Knowledge of other marketing activities that impact SEO performance
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel for processing data.

  • Ability to lead teams of Analysts in multiple medium-complexity projects or large-complexity projects
  • Experience in Digital Marketing Strategies implementations for Large Medium-sized organizations.
