Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications
Knowledgeable in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications

Creates comprehensive and well-structured test plans and suites
Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates testing activities
Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects
Performs thorough regression testing of resolved
defects
Conducts quality assurance testing of the Solution and also the Upgrade testing
Good team player and communication skills
Certified System Administration or Certified Implementation Specialist certification
