We are looking for an Automation & Monitoring and Support manager for a critical application, Customer Experience Platform Wireless Provisioning System.
Understand the Verizon India 2.0 priorities and capable of driving end-to-end delivery.
Lead the team in delivering the solutions for the issues identified in the existing system.
Continually challenge the status quo by understanding the consumer preference and changes in technical landscape.
Stay connected and informed on the industry practices in the platform and provisioning systems and strategically bring in the learning from the Industry and implement it.
Explore and implement new ways to automate systems.
Eliminate defects and errors with tools and software development process.
Collaborate with other business units in resolving the customer issues.
Proactively predict issues & automate the resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Provide Root Cause Analysis & Work Around.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns.
Strong leadership and excellent organizational skills.
Creative thinking skills and attention to detail.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
