Scope of Responsibilities:
- Template Management and Solution Delivery support
- Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward
- Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, program and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
- Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
- Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change
- Where required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practices
- Ensure an integrated data approach for integration & consumption of common data objects & attributes
Accountabilities
- Ensure consistency, standardisation and optimisation of HR Systems, Templates & Data across Reckitt.
Skills/Experiences
- 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM suites
- 5 Expertise in SuccessFactors Talent suite/modules (PMGM, CDP, Talent, Calibration, Learning)
- Knowledge in SF EC and RCM is a plus .Good knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows.
- Experience and/or passion & interest for AI tools
- Understanding of an integrated data approach
- Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
- Working with cross functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers
- Experience of supporting complex change and / or multi-disciplinary projects
- Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
- Effective time management and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector.
- Experience of working with RCM, RMK (Talent Acquisition) Modules
- Experience implementing validated learning management systems ( GxP)
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
Essential
- Educated in Business discipline or Computer Science to degree level, or equivalent experience
- Agile software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, SAFe
- Microsoft Office Suite to Proficient level.
Desirable
- Program and Project Management qualifications e.g. Prince2, PMI PMP
- ITIL V3 to Intermediate level.
