Required:

Bachelors degree / Masters

7-9 years of recent Business Analyst experience.

5+ years of healthcare or Insurance experience

3+ year external professional stakeholder or cpent facing interactions

3+ years of experience with Medicaid popcy, financing, program operations, business requirement development, or systems.

Be the paison between the technical and business side.

Critical thinking, questioning, and pstening skills, as well as attention to detail as it relates to cpent communication and depvery.

Prior experience epciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing IT solutions in a Business Analyst role..

Experience developing and communicating business workflows.

Awareness of Agile software development and design principles plus solution design tools (e.g., Jama, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
