1. Responsible for cost estimates for entire project.

2. Preparation of BOQ as per the Quantity take off

3. Dealing with the clients and resolving the issues which come across.

4. Providing technical support to the juniors.

Skill set

Candidates Requirements

Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in estimation role. Site supervision will be an added advantage.

B. Tech/diploma Civil

Must have understanding of estimation & pricing of building materials.

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.

Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite.
