Lead and manage Digital Signal Processing and RF projects, Develop System Architectures based on customer requirements Develop efficient Software Architectures, Lead, cooperate, and communicate effectively with project team and clients Plan, organize, execute, and conclude projects Work on Proof of Concepts (PoC) and rig up demonstrations

Requirements:
4-8 Years of Experience building systems (both SW and HW)
Able to handle and integrate large projects
Knowledge of DSP and RF Concepts and Communications and Radar Systems
Knowledge of any programming language or tool (LabVIEW, C, C++,MATLAB, Verilog/ VHDL, etc.)
Able to manage small team(s) of DSP and RF projects
Experience of working with Government organizations/ DRDO may add value
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Electronics amp; Communications with decent aggregate from reputed college/university
Professional oral and written communication skills
