Acts as primary point of contact for external and internal inquiries related to privacy issues.
Administer privacy risk assessment questionnaires for new vendors and conduct privacy impact
assessments that will help guide vendor selections
Coordinates data collection for university ranking
Output data - including data validation and quality control
Design and implements digital research methods including online and social media research,
panel research, mobile research, online communities, and web research
Coordinates institutional surveys including student course evaluations, student satisfaction
surveys, departure surveys, new program surveys with potential students, recruitment team and
industry, and those requested by various units across the university
Creates a cycle of institutional reports and disseminates them to management or the appropriate
units
Project manage the delivery of projects, working with and reviewing the work of project teams
to ensure delivery on time and on budget, to a high standard
Takes an active part in / leads insight workshops and other collaborative sessions to analyse and model findings and develop conclusions
