Lead Support Engineer / Sr Support Engineer - J45858
1. Comfortable in both Unix and Windows environment
2. Cloud, Unix/Linux
a. Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and PCF
b. Experience of supporting the deployed code on the cloud environment.
c. Familiar with Web interfaces and SRE Concepts
d. Similarly, for Unix
i. Familiar with shell, server stats and health monitoring
ii. Able to search through tonnes of log files in Linux/Windows environment.
iii. Strong troubleshooting skills
iv. Able to script out on the spot if the situation arises.
3. Able to write SQL for investigating data issues, or CSQL for Cassandra would be bonus
4. Understand the SDLC process in both Waterfall and Agile, for deployment and change management
5. Knowledge of ELK stack would also be useful
6. Knowledge on Maria DB would be useful
7. Basic understanding of infrastructure like MQ, WAS, Connect Direct, SSH, High availability concepts, SLB (Service Load balancer) etc.
8. Knowledge on RabbitMQ would be a plus.
9. ITIL Foundation certification would be a plus.
