Determine nature of technical problem and identification of problem source
Prioritize and diagnose problems to resolution
Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues
Assist in troubleshooting software application issues
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet user requirements
Analyze data contained in the database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems
Provide assistance and advice to business users/customers in the effective use of applications
Recommend and implement improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes. Examples could be development of internal problem determination tooling, delivery of virtual webcasts to a worldwide customer base, or publishing of external articles on product knowledge, troubleshooting, and problem avoidance
Work with a diverse team to coordinate on driving solutions & long-term improvements
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Education (preferred level): Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT related field
3-6 years of relevant experience
Java and JavaScript development and debugging knowledge
Knowledge of Order Management and/or Retail Systems is preferred
EDI/integration experience a plus
Understanding of NoSQL Database
Self-motivation and a desire for on-going learning
Ability to work under pressure
Adaptability to ever-changing client needs and requests
Qualifications Skills
Mongo DB Spring 2.5, Core Java
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.
