Were seeking an experienced and vigilant cyber-security specialist who can work with our customers of all sizes, understand their info-sec landscape, probe to detail their present pain-points and provide a comprehensive solution to resolve the problem in hand. The KRA of this role includes, providing consultancy in the info-sec domain and handling implementation and configuration on the solutions procured by our customers and troubleshooting assistance on the solutions implemented.
Our ideal candidate has a very good understanding of cyber-security solutions, standards and certifications, extensive knowledge on how each solution pertaining to info-sec domain works, the use cases addressed by the same and hands-on implementation and troubleshooting knowledge of the solutions.
In short, we are looking for candidates who possess both pre-sales and post-sales technical skill sets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Pre-sales:
Participate in customer meetings scheduled by sales team.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solutions to address the use-cases required.
Conduct presentations and demonstration of product / solution capabilities to our customers.
Address clarifications raised by customer whenever required
Participate and own PoV/PoC of the solutions suggested.
Assist our sales team in progressing the opportunities identified towards successful closures.
Liaison between customer / Softcell / OEM pre-sales team whenever required during the pre-sales stage.
Document required SoW of PoV/PoC to keep all the stakeholders on the same page.
Continuous learning to ensure skill sets remain relevant to the ever-changing infosec ecosystem in the form of certifications / lab practise etc
Post Sales:
Document and communicate the SoW prior to the solution / product implementation
Document the pre-requisites to complete the solution/product implementation successfully
Remain as a single point of contact for escalations during the implementation.
Liaison between customer / Softcell / OEM team to address any issues during implementation.
Work with other team members of Softcell and extract required action from them for a successful implementation
Receive technical sign-off after successful implementation
Provide technical support wrt troubleshooting issues raised by customers on the solutions implemented.
Work on product upgrades and migrations whenever required with proper SoW clearly documented to all stake holders.
Continuous learning to ensure skill sets remain relevant to the ever-changing infosec ecosystem in the form of certifications / lab practise etc
Experience:
Atleast 5 years of relevant experience in the cyber-security industry with focus on implementation / pre-sales activities / troubleshooting experience etc
Experience in at-least 2 or 3 domains out of the following:
Endpoint security solutions - Crowdstrike / Broadcom / Trendmicro / Sentinel1 / Mcafee / Fireeye
Datacenter security solution - Trendmicro Deep Security / Crowdstrike / Broadcom DCS
Nxt Gen Firewalls - Fortinet / Checkpoint / PaloAlto
E-Mail security solutions - Both cloud delivered and on-premise
Zero Trust Network Access - Zscaler / Forcepoint / NetSkope
Web Security solutions - ZScaler / Forcepoint / Broadcom / NetSkope/ Trendmicro
DLP - Forcepoint / Broadcom / Mcafee / Digital guardian
Certification on the solutions practised will be an added advantage
Industry certifications like CCNP / CISA/CISM / CISSP is welcome
