Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic
Onsite Optimization related to page titles, URLs, redirects, internal link structures, SEO Copy Editing, sitemaps review/maintenance
Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
Monitor, track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
Work with a team to develop and execute site migration, content, and redirect strategies for large and complex websites.
Skilled in competitive analysis and identifying strategies to facilitate our clients in reaching the top of their industry
Collaborate with different teams, such as website management, web analytics, business intelligence, content, UI design, branding/PR, and engineering team, on the execution of projects
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
Skills Required:
Proven for 3+ years as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketing
Professional experience with website analytics tools like Moz, Google Analytics, etc.
Conversion, online customer acquisition, and performance marketing require in-depth knowledge.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Exceptional understanding of keyword research techniques.
Great interpersonal skills.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
