We are looking for Soft skills trainer with 2+ 4+ Years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
- Strong Customer service orientation.
- 3+ years of Help Desk experience or prior technical experience preferred
- Manage the task assigned and achieve a balance between production and quality control established by the senior management.
- Ensures jobs are completed according to company quality standards, client job specifications by effectively supervising assigned personnel and workflow.
- Proactive and timely escalation of issues on the floor to the immediate reporting officer.
- Give feedback s and mentor the team members.
- Constantly update self on client feedback.
- Meets training objectives and follows up on employee training progress and performance.
- Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments in a timely manner.
- Promotes an environment of integrity and responsibility in the workplace by creating a work environment where they lead by example.
- Completes people process related reports and other paperwork.
- Ability to be flexible to changes in shift schedules as directed by management
Advanced Troubleshooting skills with proficiency in the following areas:
- Email and groupware (Outlook, Windows Live, Lotus Notes, etc)
- Sound knowledge on Networking
- Microsoft, Linux and MAC Operating systems
- General relational database and systems understanding
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
