JOB DETAIL

We are looking for Soft skills trainer with 2+ 4+ Years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
  • Strong Customer service orientation.
  • 3+ years of Help Desk experience or prior technical experience preferred
  • Manage the task assigned and achieve a balance between production and quality control established by the senior management.
  • Ensures jobs are completed according to company quality standards, client job specifications by effectively supervising assigned personnel and workflow.
  • Proactive and timely escalation of issues on the floor to the immediate reporting officer.
  • Give feedback s and mentor the team members.
  • Constantly update self on client feedback.
  • Meets training objectives and follows up on employee training progress and performance.
  • Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments in a timely manner.
  • Promotes an environment of integrity and responsibility in the workplace by creating a work environment where they lead by example.
  • Completes people process related reports and other paperwork.
  • Ability to be flexible to changes in shift schedules as directed by management

Advanced Troubleshooting skills with proficiency in the following areas:

  • MS Office applications
  • Email and groupware (Outlook, Windows Live, Lotus Notes, etc)
  • Sound knowledge on Networking
  • Microsoft, Linux and MAC Operating systems
  • General relational database and systems understanding

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
