7)Good troubleshooting skills on OS.

8)Knowledge on different flavours of Linux(Ubuntu,Debian)

Job Responsibilities-

1) To support internal stakeholders by remote or telephonic support.

2) Need to travel if required.

3) Handling tickets and issues raised

4) Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on remote support.

5)Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues over call

6)Should be able to troubleshoot the Hardware and software issues within timelines.

7)Supporting the development environment
