Roles and Responsibilities

Experience/Knowledge in Web hosting support /Server administration

Good Linux knowledge is a must

RHCE Certification is an added advantage.

Multi language(Tamil,Telugu,Hindi,English)  is an added advantage

Provide live support for customers all over the world.

Provide basic customer support through ticketing system.

Assurance of meeting our uptime SLA

Problem-solving, and critical thinking for complex issues

Provide Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening

Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and maximize performance

Creating systems to expedite efficiency in day-to-day processes
