Systems Engineer who has the necessary experience to analyse/troubleshoot problems on Desktops/Laptops/Servers . Heto should have the attitude/aptitude to focus on customer experience.
Can prioritize critical and High tasks, coordinate with internal teams and ensure their closure
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues
Implement security protocols and operate tools like UEM, IAM etc
Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Using exceptional communication skills, he must identify, investigate and diagnose issues, resolve based on in scope processes.
Requirements:
2-5 Years of experience in handling Servicedesk tickets
Should have good english spoken and written communication skills
