Position is responsible for supporting Zeta employees globally.
Excellent communication skills.
Position will work Indian hours IST General shift. 11 am to 8 pm IST.
Candidates must be proficient in Windows 10 and MacOS.
Works with a ticketing system and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with
acceptable time frames for the user community.
Facilitate repair and maintenance of equipment including PCs, Printers, and conference room
resources both directly and through contracted vendors.
Support network and telecom engineering teams with projects as needed.
Image, install, upgrade and configure new computing resources, including hardware, software, and
applications in a Microsoft and Apple environment using AzureAD/Intune and JAMF.
Maintains user and system account accuracy via MS Active Directory.
Remote user support.
Anti-virus and backup software knowledge
Set up and support all hands meetings
Support video conference system
An understanding and knowledge of Microsoft 365
5 years of IT experience including working in a support role like Helpdesk.
A strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software.
Knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking concepts including DNS, DHCP VPN
Flexible and adaptable to change (i.e., Can do attitude / self-starter / works well with others)
Knowledgeable with desktop imaging, patch management and deployment.
Ability to work with very limited supervision.
Understanding of Active Directory User Environment.
Experience with GUI-based and Web-based applications.
Must be available for duties that will require being available to carry a cell phone and respond to calls
outside normal work hours and/or during weekends/holidays
